For providing relief to the common man in the area of healthcare, a countrywide campaign for ensuring availability of generic medicines at affordable prices to all, in the name of “Jan Aushadhi “ has been initiated by the Government of India, Department of Pharmaceuticals in collaboration with the State Governments and Union Territories . For carrying forward this noble task, BPPI is in need of energetic and enthusiastic persons to fill up the following posts:

Post: Manager, Dy. Manager

Manager (Logistics/Supply )
Experience: Five years experience in handling Logistics and Supply preferably in pharmaceutical industry at managerial level.
Age: Below 45 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with MBA from a reputed university/institute.
Tenure: One year from the date of appointment which will be extended on yearly basis with suitable increase in salary based on performance.
Remuneration: Rs.40,000/- plus conveyance and mobile charges. Salary negotiable in case of exceptionally good and experienced candidates.
Travel on tour: As per BPPI Rules
Leave: As per BPPI Rules

Manager (Regulatory )
Experience: Five years experience in Regulatory activities in the areas of national laws/quality control/production, compliance of GMP
Age: Below 45 years
Educational Qualifications: Minimum B.Pharma. Preference will be given to M. Pharma
Tenure: One year from the date of appointment which will be extended on yearly basis with suitable increase in salary based on performance.
Remuneration: Rs.40, 000 plus conveyance and mobile charges. Salary negotiable in case on exceptionally good and experienced candidates.
Travel on tour: As per BPPI Rules
Leave: As per BPPI Rules

Dy. Manager (IT & MIS)
Experience: Three years experience of working in IT sector. Experience in supply chain will be preferred. Experience of working in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
Age: Below 35 years
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech (IT)/MCA/Graduate in any discipline with minimum 3 yrs. Diploma in IT with specialization in MIS from a reputed University/Institute.
Tenure: One year from the date of appointment which will be extended on yearly basis with suitable increase in salary based on performance.
Remuneration: Rs 30,000/- plus conveyance and mobile charges. Salary negotiable in case of exceptionally good and experienced candidates.

Leave: As per BPPI Rules

The selected candidate will be initially engaged for a period of one year. The contract will be renewed on yearly basis based on his/her satisfactory performance and the need of the organization. However, the engagement can be terminated by giving 15 days notice or proportionate fee in lieu thereof from either side.

Walk in interview for filling up of the above posts will be held at BPPI headquarters at IDPL Corporate office, IDPL complex, Old Delhi Gurgaon Road, Dundahera, Gurgaon-122016 (HARYANA) on 22nd and 23rd August, 2013 as per the following schedule :

1. Manager-Logistics/Supply 22.8.2013   11.00 AM
2. Manager-Regulatory 22.8.2013   2.OO PM
3. Dy. Manager-IT &MIS 23.8.2013   11.00 AM

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The candidate must ensure that he/she possesses the required qualification and experience for the post.
2. The documents submitted by the candidate at the time of the interview, if found incorrect/false, his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings are detected after engagement, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
3. BPPI has the right to reject the candidature at any stage and the decision of BPPI will be final.
4. BPPI has the right to reject the entire selection/advertisement at any stage and the decision of BPPI shall be final in this regard.
5. BPPI will pay 3rd AC rail fare/deluxe bus fare to the selected candidates only.
6. BPPI reserves the right to raise/modify the eligibility criteria of the minimum educational qualification and/or minimum work experience.
7. Selected candidate will be offered contractual appointment for the post interviewed on whole time contractual basis initially for a period of one year from the date of his joining on the following terms & conditions:
a) He/She will be entitled to consolidated remuneration as mentioned above.
b) He/She will be entitled to TA/ DA, while on tour outside the local area as per the requirement as per the policy of BPPI.
c) He/She will be entitled to one day leave for every month of service, which can be availed of at any time during the period of the contract.
d) BPPI reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions during the tenure of the contract.
e) He/She will neither be entitled to the benefits of Provident Fund Scheme nor Gratuity on conclusion of the contract.
f) The contractual appointment will not confer any right or entitlement for claiming absorption against any regular post in BPPI.
