Job Description:
· Supervision and Management of Production activities
· Understanding the production requirements based on sales orders and forecasting.
· Production planning and execution.
· Coordination with other departments to ensure on time supply of raw material.
· Identification of training requirements for the production team and imparting training based on the requirements.
· To ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipments.
· Trouble shooting for the technical problems as and when required.
· To ensure that the production is being done as per the defined quality parameters and is being done as per the defined production plan.
· To ensure production records as per the requirements of ISO and other standards.
· To ensure quality check at all levels/stages of production.
· Periodic analysis and evaluation of production activities for continuous improvement in quality and capacity.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: 12-15 years or more
Required Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution / IIT
Industry Background: Medical Device Manufacturing Industry
Salary range that can be offered: 12 – 14 lakh
Key Skills / Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Minimum 5 years experience at managerial level.
* Strong people skills to maintain and develop strong working relationships across functions.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Experience in sterile medical devices.
* Knowledge of ISO, GMP, and other statutory requirements related to production.
* Knowledge of CNC/CAD/CAM machines/equipments.
