The “Central Government Health Scheme” (CGHS) for the Central Govt. employees and their dependents was started in New Delhi in 1954. Subsequently, the scheme was extended to pensioners, freedom fighters and other specific groups of people. The scheme was introduced in Kolkata during 1972. Apart from Delhi and Kolkata, the scheme now covers the cities of Mumbai, Allahabad, Meerut, Kanpur, Patna, Nagpur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur, Pune, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, Shillong, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar and Ranchi.

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates in the prescribed proforma alongwith attested copy of certificates in support of qualification, experience, date of birth and caste for filling up of following Technical posts on purely temporary basis. Last date of application to reach this office : 21st August, 2012.

Name of the post: Pharmacist Grade-I (Allopathic)

Educational Qualification:
1) Matriculate or Higher Secondary
2) Pharmacist registered under Sub Section 31{C) or Section 32 of Pharmacy Act, 1948 with at least one year experience

Pay Scale: 5200-20200 + GP 2800

No.of Posts: ST- 1, PH- 1, UR- 4, Total- 6

Age limit as on 21/8/12: 18 to 30 years
