Qualification :
10th Board Exam pass / Graduate in Science with recognized Certificate/Diploma in Pharmacy or Degree in Pharmacy.
Experience:
3 years as Compounder / Pharmacist in a Hospital in the case of Degree / or Graduate with Diploma and six years in case of 10th Board Exam pass with Diploma / Certificate.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. (a) Upper age limit as on 31.08.2012 for UR candidates should be 35 years for the posts at Sl No 1,2 and 3 and 30 years for Sl No 4. Relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3 years in case of OBC candidates.
(b)Upper age limit as on 31.08.2012 for UR candidates should be 40years for the posts at Sl No 5. Relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3 years in case of OBC candidates.
2. Reservation of posts for SC/ST/OBC and Physically Handicapped/PWD (Person with disability) will be as per the Government of India directives.
3. The cut off date for reckoning educational qualification, experience, age, domicile etc shall be 31.08.2012
4. The above vacancies are provisional.
5. The prescribed qualifications are minimum and an enhanced qualification does not entitle candidates to be called for written test/interview. Where the number of applications received in response to advertisement is large, it will not be convenient or possible to call for test/interview all those candidates. The Company reserves the right to fix the criteria for calling the candidates on the basis of qualifications, experience, if any, etc. After screening the applications, the candidates will be called for written test.
6. In the selection process, a candidate has to secure minimum marks in the written test and rank sufficiently higher to be called for interview. The minimum marks will be decided by the Company based on the performance of the candidate in the written examination. However, since the final selection would depend on the number of vacancies as also relative performance, merely qualifying in the written test and personal interview, will not entitle a candidate to appointment in the Company.
7. Candidates appearing for written test will come at their own expense. However, out-station SC/ST & PwD candidates will be paid TA of second class Railway/Bus fare on production of Railway/Bus tickets by shortest route as per rules. All the outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to-and-fro single IInd class Train or Bus fare by the shortest route subject to production of proof of inward journey.
8. (i) Depending upon the suitability of the candidates for the post of Sl No1, they may offer the post of Jr.Officer (Survey)/Jr. Officer (Survey)Trainee. In the case of Trainees, the training period will be for 1 year. The stipend consolidated will be paid as indicated in column No. 02 below.
(ii) Depending upon the suitability of the candidates for the post at Sl No 2, they may offer the post of Junior Officer (Mechanical)/ Junior Officer (Mechanical) Trainee. In the case of Trainees, (Degree holders) will be placed as a “Trainee” initially of 1 year. In case of Diploma holders the training period will be of 2 years duration.
(iii) Depending upon the suitability of the candidates for the post at Sl No-03, they may offer the post of Junior Officer (Electrical)/ Junior Officer (Electrical)Trainee. In the case of Trainees, (Degree holders) will be placed as a “Trainee” initially of 1 year. In case of Diploma holders the training period will be of 2 years duration.
(iv) Candidate selected for the post of Sl.No. 01, 02, 03 will be placed as “Trainee” for the period as mentioned above at 8(i),(ii) and (iii) and 18 months duration for the post at Sl No (4) and (5) , during which they will be paid a consolidated stipend as indicated in Column (2) below. On successful completion of training period, they will be offered scale of pay as indicated in Column (3) below:

9. On successful completion of training period and placement in regular scale of pay, in addition to basic pay and dearness allowance, the candidates will be eligible for other fringe benefits like conveyance allowance, free medical facilities, leave travel concession, leave encashment, incentive bonus, gratuity, provident fund etc as per corporation rule in force from time to time.
10. Applications should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 100/-(Rupees hundred only) in respect of Jr. Officer (Trainee) Posts i.e. (Sl. No. 1, 2 and 3) and for post of Sl.No 4 for Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) drawn in favour of Jt.G.M.(Finance), BIOM, Kirandul Complex, Kirandul payable at State Bank of India, Kirandul. Demand Draft is not necessary for SC/ST & PwD candidates.
