An Associate Institute of the University of Hyderabad, the Institute of Life Sciences (ILS) is a not-for-profit institute that aims to conduct innovative research in unifying areas of chemistry, biology and chemical biology. Applications are invited for the Junior/Senior Research Fellowship (JRF/SRF) position to work on research project: “Catalysts for Sustainable Organic Synthesis”
Position: Junior Research Fellow or Senior Research Fellow
Minimum Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university/institute. Preference will be given to the NET qualified candidates under JRF and Lecturership (NET) categories, persons who have qualified in the GATE test OR minimum 2 years of experience and 1 publication.
Fellowship: Rs.16,000 to 21,000/- per month (depending on qualification and experience).
Duration:
one year with further extension for one more year subject to continuation of project and satisfactory performance of the incumbent.
No claim should be made for the extrapolation of this work into PhD program now or later.
