Job Description:
• Coordinate actions/ documentation to ensure timely and trouble free launch of new products
• Smooth execution of scale-up/ exhibit batches upon receiving Technology Transfer Dossier from PDR leading to filing of new products
• Ensure quality documentation in exhibit batches/ validation batches
• Effective interaction/ technical discussions in cross-functional teams at plant & with R&D

Desired Profile:
•Scale-up & exhibit batch execution at PDL for new products meant for filing
- Protocol preparation
- Conducting scale up trials
- Master formula finalization
- Exhibit batches execution along with the manufacturing team
- Preparing reports for review
•Process validations of new launches & revalidation of existing products wherever changes happen
•Trouble shooting in existing products at plant
•Work with PDR scientist for new products being introduced into the facility
•PDL area upkeep & maintaining GMP compliance at all times during execution of batches
•Compliance to GMPs during execution of Exhibit Batches
