Job Description:
Job Purpose
• Leads assigned analytical projects as functional representative.
• May act as line manager for a small number of direct reports.
Major Accountabilities
• Consolidates and analyses data from various sources, draws conclusions and proposes scientific solutions to moderately complex technical issues.
• May take line management responsibilities for a small team.
• Leads assigned laboratory activities and ensures compliance with Quality and HSE requirements for self and direct reports.
• Plans and conducts complex experiments with minimal supervision.
• Coordinates team workload, validation activities and capital purchases within their field.
• Understands the product development process and the role of the different functions in cross functional teams.
• Participates routinely as the functional representative on assigned projects.
• Routinely contributes to CMC sections of registration documents for assigned projects.
• Participates in HA responses and compliance audits as requested.
• Supports projects and teams across all NCH OTC sites, as requested.
• Contributes to the development of project timelines, resource and budgets.
• May act as project core team member
