Job description
- Heading a Team of scientists and supporting Process research, Developmental Quality Assurance and regulatory team at R & D of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
- Technical support for analytical related activities, like method development, method validation, method verification, method equivalency studies and routein analysis.
- Interpretation of stability data and Forced degradation data.
- Technical support during the analytical method transfer and routein analysis at QC lab.
- Technical support for the characterization of new products and its impurities by interpretation of instrumental datas like XRD, NMR, Mass, TGA, DSC, IR
- Finalisation of specifications and STP, for non pharmacopoiel products and justifications for specifications as part of regulatory requirement.
- Review and approval of method validation, verification and equivalency protocols and reports.
- Day to day planning and assigning works for reaction monitoring, finished product analysis.
- Ensuring pharmacopeial compliance for developmental products.
- Response to the queries on DMF and to the customers.
- Assigning KPAs(Keyperformance areas) to the team members and identifying potential candidates.Additional skill:Good understanding on business stretegy and business management skills. Updated knowledge on OECD guidelines on GLP
Candidate Profile
Should have Experience of independent Team Handling Should have experience of Regulated market Independently Faced the Audit.
