Walk in interview for Pharmacist and ECG Technician in ESIC General Hospital

Applications are invited only from the retired Paramedical employees from Central Govt./ESI Corporation/Quasi Govt./Municipal Body/Defence etc. of the under mentioned specialties on contract basis for a period of 06 (Six) month or till regular incumbent joins. Whichever is earlier, at ESIC General Hospital, Naroda, Ahmedabad as per the following details:-

Post : ECG Technician(01) & Pharmacist(01)

ECG Technician
Qualification : Science Graduate with 1 year experience of handling ECG Machine in a recognized institution. OR Senior Secondary /10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with 3 years experience of handling ECG Machine in a recognized institution.
Age : Candidate must be below the age of 62 years as on 15/08/2016.

Pharmacist
Qualification : Degree in pharmacy/Senior Secondary with diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. OR Registered as pharmacist under pharmacy Act, 1948.
Age : Candidate must be below the age of 62 years as on 15/08/2016.

Terms and Condition
1. Appointment is purely on contractual basis for a maximum duration of 06 (Six) month initially. The contract will be valid either up to the date when regular staff joins duty or 06 (Six) month form the date of appointment whichever is earlier. The competent authority has right to extend the period based on performance of the candidate.

2. The recruitment is purely on contractual basis.

3. Application not found in the prescribed Performa as per Annexure – A or Incomplete or Unsigned etc. are liable to be rejection.

4. No TA/DA shall be payable to any candidate for appearing in the in the interview.

5. Mere submission of application does not confer any right on the candidates to be called for interview.

6. Emoluments: Fix remuneration of Rs. 15000/- per month only on “No work no remuneration” basis to the condition that pension plus remuneration should not exceed the last pay including DA drawn by the official at the time of retirement.

7. Conveyance may be reimbursed according to their entitlement prior to their retirement subject to the maximum of Rs. 2000/- per month.

8. Leave will be allowed at pro-rata basis of one day for each completed month of engagement and continued absence for 07 days or more will automatically amount to voluntary abandonment of contractual engagement without any notice.

9. Application Form Fee will be Rs. 300/- by way of Demand Draft of any nationalized bank drawn in favor of “ESIC Fund A/C No 1” payable at Ahmedabad. No fee for SC/ST/Female/Physically handicapped candidates.

10. The selected candidate will not be eligible for house accommodation.

11. No other benefit is admissible.

12. Working hours/shift duty/weekly off will be at par with regular employees of the post. However, in case of need the engage may be required to attend duty on closed holidays also without any additional remuneration.

13. Interview will be held on 08/09/2016 form 10:00 AM onwards. The candidates are advised to attend the interview at office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC General Hospital, Naroda, Ahmedabad with 2 passport size photographs, original qualification documents for verification, Age proof, experience certificates, Pension Payment Order, Demand Draft of Application form fee, Annual Performance Appraisal report (APAR) of last 5 years and one attested copy of each document along with application form.

14. Reservation policy will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules.

15. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to fill up all or not to fill up any vacancy or to alter the date or cancel the interview at any stage.
