Job Responsibilities
1.  APPOINTING DISTRIBUTORS/ STOCKISTS,
2.  BUILDING TEAM OF SO/ISR/ASM
3.  MANAGING THE TEAM AND TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
4.  FIELD WORK,
5.  RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD FORCE TRAINING,
6.  SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAILY TEAM REPORTING TO HEAD OFFICE
7.  RESPONSIBLE FOR  PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SALES TARGET

Candidate Profile :
GOOD COMMUNICATION, BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, SHOULD HAVE AN EXPOSURE TO SALES FUNCTIONS (OTC/FMCG background is desirable), TEAM BUILD UP.  Especially required persons having experience in Pharma OTC/FMCG segment only.
