Job Description:
- To ensure positioning & market the existing Brands
- Brand building, Marketing Strategy Planning
- Training Field Force, Motivating them
- Assisting / supervising Marketing team for making marketing strategies
- Co-ordinating with field force for their day-to-day activities
- Controls on Marketing Expenses and periodical review
- Creating new paradigm for business
- To introduce brand extension and New Product development
- Maintaining annual marketing budget
- To ensure Brand Positioning.
Candidate Profile:
B.Pharm & MBA / B.Sc.-M.Sc. & MBA
Hard worker with good market knowledge
Self starter with Initiative and Result Oriented Leader
Positive Attitude
Good Communication &Good Documentation skills
Good Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
Committed & Ambitious Person who would be ready to take challenging responsibilities
Min.Exp: Minimum 5 yrs. in Pharma Industry with Field sales Experience.
