Job Description
Job Summary-
- To plan, monitor and control all the operation of analytical labs for a dedicated Research Center of APIs
- To develop and validate HPLC and other appropriate test methods to enable the scale up programme for the manufacture of APIs, ensuring delivery in accordance with project timescales and deadlines
Main Job Responsibilities
- Developing and validating methods for testing of batches for manufactured APIs
- Develop analytical methods, conduct validations of these methods and transfer method to QC
- Conduct pilot and pivotal experiments on the PE batch and Exhibit batches respectively
- Maintain lab equipments as per GMP/GLP
- Developing and validating methods for new or existing bespoke products on the stability programme
- Developing and validating test methods used in cleaning validation exercises
- Preparing analytical method development, validation and test reports
- Participating in self inspections and regulatory inspections
- Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within the analytical labs
Candidate Profile :
1. Formal and Regular Education in Chemistry / Analytical Pharmacy till Post Graduation or Doctorate Level
2. Should have working experience with Large Scale Regulated R & D centers of Tier- I API manufacturers
3. Impressive scientific career in R & D of APIs
4. Should be able to understand the overall model of R&D business and contribute in overall profitability
