Job Description:
Monitoring shift performance of Manufacturing and packing lines to achieve the set standard of efficiency & productivity.
Ensuring compliance to company Quality standards and GMP practices in shift production activities.
Completion of all documentation online and timely manner and to ensure that all the manufacturing and primary packaging documents are up to date.
Minimizing rework & waste generation during shift operations and changeovers.
Participations/leading shop investigations related to deviations/market complaints.
Review of documents like SOP’s, BMP/BPR, area/equipment usage logs & other daily documents maintained on shop floor.
Coordination with engineering/QA/Warehouse for adherence to plan and trouble shooting in case of difficulties during shift operation.
