Job Description
Nutrition Executive is responsible for promoting the sales of Mead Johnson Nutrition Products through Health Care Professionals as per the conditions of Employment

1) Business Development      
1.Focuses on all aspects of the Business-Building Process, demonstrating personal accountability and commitment to achieve the business objectives.    
2. Assimilates,  learns  and  acts  upon  new  information  in  a  manner  that generates market share and business growth.    
3. Plans and executes the most effective method of education to help drive the business (product emphasis, audience selection, locations, timing and resource needs).     
4. Provides appropriate Customer Insight that can be translated into Customer Programs. 
 


2)Territory Management       
1.Ensures that Territory understanding and knowledge exceeds expectations in terms of providing analysis on Territory Profile.    
2.Responsible for the day to day management of business-generating activities for the territory    
3.Provides Healthcare Professionals with all relevant information that promotes quality healthcare decisions    
4.Jointly creates call plan and resource strategies with Area Manager  in a competitive environment; ensures successful implementation of  the  Call  Plan,  and  deploys  resource strategies  developed  with Area   Manager  on  Key  Customers,  uses Customer  and  Market  data  to  align with  business  strategies  to  maximize results - monitoring progress and leveraging efforts and activities to exceed goals of the organization.    
5. Plans and prioritizes territory Business Building Activities and Customer Targeting and Profiling towards achieving agreed. Business  Objectives including Costs and  Business  Potential - especially managing personal time and productivity.    
6. Plans and manages personal and business territory needs according to an agreed market development strategy.    
7. Plans,  implements  and  supports  local  marketing  activities  to  agreed    budgets  and   timescales,  and  integrates personal efforts  with  other organized  marketing activities e.g. New product launch, promotions, advertising, seminars. 

3) Monitoring
a)Supports the requirements ofthe organization throughappropriate Administrative commitments and activities such as: 
i) Territory Financial and Budget Planning management and monitoring. ii) Key Result Area monitoring.  
b)Completes all call reporting responsibilities in accordance with current procedures.
c) Monitors and reports on Business Intelligence and provides relevant updates and information.
d) Records, analyzes, reports and seeks feedback according to systems and requirements and maintains MCL, RCL and keeps updating the same from time to time.
e)Uses  customer  targeting  and  profiling  tools  and  systems,  and  update relevant information held in these systems.
f) Ensures    compliance   of    all    activities/decisions/interactions   with   our corporate policies and procedures.
g)Maintains Inventory (Value Added Services such as record of Literature, Samples and Trade Package) for Healthcare Professionals.

4) Relationship
a)Supports the teams and peers to achieve shared objectives and appropriately prioritizes individual goals to achieve team success.
b)Build a good network with medical associations and external stakeholders.
c) Implements appropriate ethical programs and builds relevant customer relationship to enhance the understanding of the company & maintain the image. 

5) Training and Coaching
a) Provides the relevant scope for evaluation/ assessment as a resource person who works with In-house trainees as the need arises
b) Prepares for and actively participates in all required Sales Conferences andTraining Classes at local and/or remote locations.
c) Attends and contributes in training to develop improve knowledge and develop the required techniques and skills.
d)Learns and  maintains working knowledge of Technical Product Information and Nutrition Science as it relates MJN products .

Candidate Profile :
Science / B. Pharmacy Graduate with proven academic track record.
Use of Computer Skills is desirable
Fresh Graduate or any 1-2 years pharma/nutrition sales experience with the above educational qualification
