Job Description:
We have an exciting new opportunity and are seeking two committed, adaptable and driven individuals looking to build a career as a Senior Clinical Trials Assistant (SCTA) based in Bangalore. This role has been designed specifically for an individual interested in building a career in clinical trials project administration and coordination, but not seeking a CRA role.
The Senior Clinical Trials Assistant is a key member of the project team and the role has an established professional career path for high performers. On a day to day basis the SCTA provides pivotal in-house administrative and operational support to Clinical Research Associates and Project Managers on Novotech’s clinical trials. Key responsibilities include assisting clinical staff in the collection and maintenance of essential documents, management of the trial master file, tracking of study progress and management of distribution of studies supplies.
Candidate Profile:
You’re a bright and enthusiastic team player who has at least 2 years administration experience and an interest in life sciences or healthcare. Experience working in the pharmaceutical, CRO or healthcare industry would be highly regarded. Qualifications in business or administration would also be advantageous. To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy including Word & Excel
- Database administration experience advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- A willingness to follow issues through to completion
- An ability to meet deadlines and manage time and workflow effectively
- A proactive approach to work and a willingness to help improve efficiencies
- An ability to work as part of a team and share information in a timely manner
