Job description
• Managing purchase information, systems, and purchasing services.
• Managing supplier-relationships.
• Setting monitoring and managing quality and QA systems
• Effective proactive liaison with stores as necessary to forecast, plan to meet, and to supply demand to relevant quality
• Effective proactive liaison with stores re ordering, minimum inventory level, resourcing, services as necessary.
• Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts
• Setting and planning how to achieve supplier accreditation and service level management
• Administration and reporting as necessary
• Accounting evaluation and financial justification
• Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
• Shipping management and effective liaison with these functions/departments.
• Packaging and transport regulatory awareness, compliance and information communication
• Maintaining Purchase Register for critical and all other materials
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation from any stream required experience of minimum 2 to 3 years in purchasing department , purchase activity.
- Preferable candidate from Medical Device / Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Should be able to speak and write in English language.
