Tasks
1. Independently handling One Region comprising of four/more States as a profit center.
2. Reporting to the National Sales Manager/ Zonal Manager
3. Expansion of Distribution with effective Sales Channel management.
4. Market Share Increase for all the HLL products.
5. Guiding/ Motivating/ Monitoring/ Training a team to achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets
Requirements
Maximum Age: 45 Years as on 01/12/2013.
Scale of Pay: SM - Rs.24900-50500 / M - Rs.20600-46500
Pay: Annual CTC: SM - Rs.9.5 lakhs / M - Rs.7.8 lakhs (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification
Essential: Any Graduate & MBA (Mktg) or equivalent.
Post Qualification Experience
Essential: Min. 8 years in OTC/ FMCG Channel Sales management.
