Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving upstream, downstream and formulation unit operations as well as related analytical inprocess and release testing starting from vial thaw to the formulated bulk drug substance.
Root cause investigations of deviations and OOS
Support Clinical and commercial manufacturing (for process, equipment, facility and analytical related activities)- Post consistency batches
Support Process Validation

1. The core function of MSAT is documentation of manufacturing activities to regulatory agencies, both national and international. Therefore the candidate must have strong documentation skills. She or He must value accurate, thorough and detailed documentation practices.
2. Investigative spirit and technical curiosity is a must. The candidate must question all information provided and verify that they are true. The candidate must have a drive to “dig” until the root cause is found.
3. MSAT person will also have access to large body of data. Hence the candidate must be well organized and methodical.
4. Since the position involves interacting with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Instrumentation and Engineering, strong Interpersonal skills are required.
5. Good communications skills required
6. Must have a positive outlook to work and pleasant to work
Candidate Profile
1. Strong Process knowledge of chosen discipline viz. Cell Culture, Fermentation and/or Purification
2. Hands on experience in chosen discipline
3.Strong concepts in Protein Biochemistry.
4. Understanding of the concepts of instrumentation associated with the process function
5. Knowledge in HPLC related workflows is a plus
