Job description
Compile and pressure test MBR for review with HoDs and CEO by liaising with various stakeholders; arrange for 1-on-1 and group reviews
Arrange for key internal IPD meetings (IPD townhalls, IPD steerco and HoD reviews)
Support IPD head in preparing for key meetings with CEO, Innovation board, CLT and departments viz. BD, portfolio, manufacturing etc.
Lead preparation for innovation board meetings and coordinate with other conveners / board members
Support IPD head in preparing / updating IPD strategy
Monitor IPD project pipeline status (e.g. top 20 priority projects)
Analyze key IPD KPIs and Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement / capacity enhancement and lead special projects (e.g. specific Jaagruti initiatives)
Candidate Profile:
Successful track 2-3 years in pharma industry (ideally some R&D experience) or potential educational background of B.Pharm + MBA or MBA in Pharma Management
Strong problem solving and analytical capability
Independent thinker with proven execution abilities
Good team player with abilities to manage many senior relationships
Good communication skills
