Job description

Responsible for business intelligence and market strategy aspects related to the business of the company.
Responsible for preparing Market / Strategy presentations.
Responsible for market Sizing and Forecasting, Market Trend Analysis, Company Profiling, Cost Modeling, Newsletters.
Responsible to use and synthesize information from various market research databases and online sources.
Responsible to support business managers with required numbers.
Analyze large data sets and critically think about solutions to problems, strategies and outputs using fact-based quantitative analysis.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices through continuous improvement and learning.
Self-Motivator with the ability to work autonomously while managing tasks and deadlines appropriately. Prepare standard work documentation on analytical processes. Ad Hoc Reporting and special projects as necessary.

Candidate Profile :

Master degree in Finance or equivalent.
Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
Ability to articulate complex data and concepts both verbally and written in English.
Good spoken and written English language skills required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to think outside traditional approaches and evaluate implications on business.
Constantly aiming to improve current procedures.
Knowledge of financial services and products preferred.
Self – motivated and flexible with the ability to work as an effective part of a team.
Work towards achieving the relevant competency model for the role.
