Vacancy for Pharmacist in Office of CMOH

Applications are invited for contractual engagement in the following posts in ART Centre at Islmapur Sub Divisional Hospital & other Health Institution for Uttar Dinajpur District initially for one year and renewable after satisfactory performance. The details are given below:-

Post : Pharmacist

Qualification & Experience: - : Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute.
Or : Diploma holder in Pharmacy with 3 years of experience in health care.

Age Limit: - : up to 60 years as on 01/08/2016.
Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 13000/- Per Month (Consolidated)
