Job Responsibilities :
- Lead & execute a market development initiatives to drive growth platforms
- Developing strategy/programs for rapid acceleration
- Learn and interact the concept with the WW country lead project
- Working out details of the project and execute the pilot
- Locate the partner Agencies to execute the plan Work out financials and “cost per acquisition” of the above plan Develop metrics to evaluate the plan
- Have a scale up process in such case the plan delivers the expected results
- Be prepared to modify the plans to make it “country appropriate”
- Work closely with Professional Affairs Head in devising PA strategy
- Drive Strategic Planning and Business Planning process
Candidate Profile:
- Management Degree from a premier business school preferred
- 6+ Years of Sales & Marketing experience, applicants having B2B or healthcare sales experience will be preferred
- Proven planning and execution skills, excellent presentation skills and communication skills
- High learning agility to deal with changing scenarios.
