Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead & execute a market development initiatives to drive growth platforms
  • Developing  strategy/programs for rapid acceleration
  • Learn and interact the concept with the WW country lead project
  • Working out details of the project and execute the pilot    
  • Locate the partner Agencies to execute the plan Work out financials and “cost per acquisition” of the above plan     Develop metrics to evaluate the plan
  • Have a scale up process in such case the plan delivers the expected results
  • Be prepared to modify the plans to make it “country appropriate”
  • Work closely with Professional Affairs Head in devising PA strategy
  • Drive Strategic Planning and Business Planning process

Candidate Profile:

  • Management Degree from a premier business school preferred
  • 6+ Years of Sales & Marketing experience, applicants having B2B or healthcare sales experience will be preferred
  • Proven planning and execution skills, excellent presentation skills and communication skills
  • High learning agility to deal with changing scenarios.
